Data collected: Last name, first name, phone number, email address, postal address, message

Legal basis: Legitimate interest / Pre-contractual performance

 

Purpose: Conclusion and performance of the contract

Data collected: Full contact details, keys handed over, information on access to the property

Legal basis: Performance of the contract

Purpose: Billing and accounting

Data collected: Identification and banking data

Legal basis: Legal obligation

Purpose: Sending newsletters / marketing

Purpose: Website analysis and improvement

3. Shelf life

  • Customer data: 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship (except for invoices: 10 years for accounting purposes)

  • Prospect data: 3 years from the last contact

  • Cookies: maximum 13 months

4. Data recipients

Only authorized personnel within our company have access to your data. We may share your data in the following cases:

Subcontractors (hosting provider, accountant, management software provider)

Competent authorities (police, courts) upon legal request

Insurers in the context of claims

All our subcontractors provide sufficient guarantees of GDPR compliance.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

No regular transfers outside the EU are carried out. In the exceptional case of use of an American tool (e.g., Google Workspace, Mailchimp), we ensure that the subcontractor complies with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies).

6. Data security

We implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, secure access, backups, password policy, staff training, etc.) to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction.

7. Your rights

In accordance with regulations, you have the following rights:

Right to access, rectify, and delete your data

Right to restrict processing

Right to object (particularly to direct marketing)

Right to data portability Right to withdraw your consent at any time

Right to define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death

We will respond within a maximum of one month (extendable to two months in complex cases). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
