5. Transfers outside the European Union
No regular transfers outside the EU are carried out. In the exceptional case of use of an American tool (e.g., Google Workspace, Mailchimp), we ensure that the subcontractor complies with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies).
6. Data security
We implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, secure access, backups, password policy, staff training, etc.) to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction.

In accordance with regulations, you have the following rights:

Right to object (particularly to direct marketing)
